During the Nokia World, Electronic Arts announced a new partnership with Nokia to promote Nokia’s Windows Phone 7 devices. More than 20 games have been announced, with exclusive content and free download for Lumia owners!

If the details are not yet completly clear, we already know that this deal between the two giants involves more than twenty games from EA Interactive and Chillingo, its indie label. Apparently, these games will be available for free for Nokia WP7′s owners, with free exclusive content too. Other devices owners will apparently have to pay if they want to download them, even if the availability of the games on other devices hasn’t been confirmed yet.

So far, EA has announced the return of regular IPs with Dead Space, FIFA 12, NBA Jam, Tiger Woods, but also more casual games like Bejeweld 2, Risk and other games from Chillingo.

“This time, we’ll be designing our games for an awe-inspiring experience on Windows Phone for Nokia. That’s the best games for free plus exclusive content for Nokia users. It’s a big win for Nokia’s consumers worldwide” announced Barry Cottle, CEO of EA Interactive.

Hopefully, Electronic Arts and Nokia will communicate additional details about the deal and the upcoming games as well as their availability.
